Where are you located?

We are located in Arguineguin, a small village between Puerto Rico and Maspalomas in southern Gran Canaria.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS OF BOOKING

• Advance Notice: You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

• Late Changes: Cancellations or changes requested within less than 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-Show & Lateness: If you do not arrive or miss your departure time, the total amount paid will be non-refundable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety is our absolute priority. If marine or weather conditions prevent us from operating safely, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

• What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to prepare equipment and receive the safety briefing.

• Can I wear glasses or sunglasses on the water?

You can, but please note that glasses do not float. We highly recommend using a retaining strap or securing strap to avoid losing them if you fall in.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How is a SUP tour organized?

SUP tours can be guided or self-guided. If you go alone, we will drop you off at a starting point and pick you up at the destination. We will supervise your route from shore and water, providing energy bars. (Before a self-guided tour, we will discuss weather conditions and your skill level).

Do you offer pick-up service?

No, we do not offer a pick-up service.

Do you have a physical office?

Yes, our centre in Arguineguin alle Manuel Perrez Barrera n 4 bajo (between hairdresser and bar Las Nietas)

I’m bringing small children. Can they take the course?

Yes, it’s a family-friendly sport. Children under 10 must wear a life vest at all times. If they prefer not to paddle alone, they can share a board with a parent. The minimum age for insurance coverage is 6 years old.
